The first is Beef Bourguignon with pommes puree, pearl onions, bacon and mushrooms, Confit Chicken Thighs with roasted root vegetables and rosemary jus, or Trou Provencal with saffron rice, braised tomato & eggplant and tapenade.

We suggest you save room for dessert because up next you’re given a choice between Chocolate Pate and Raspberry Sorbet, although the decision between these two might be the hardest of the night. Thankfully, both options are just as palatable as they sound.
