Weekly Specials from our Lowcountry Kitchen

Oct 24, 2018

Although nobody asks for it, hurricane season is an annual reminder to cherish our Holy City and its cultural traditions. One of those that we can get behind is the Lowcountry’s savory and satisfying cuisine! Now that Hurricane Florence and Michael have passed and we are back to our normal operating hours, we’d like to clue you in on a few of our favorite Southern food specials.

Charleston Fried Chicken

On Tuesdays, we eat fried chicken. Bring your family, bring a coworker, or just bring yourself; Fried Chicken Night at Virginia’s is something you won’t want to miss! For just $13, you’ll get some fried chicken, two sides, a choice of biscuits or cornbread, and our famous southern banana pudding. Choose from chicken breast, leg, or thigh and light or dark meat. Have you been craving some old-fashioned fried okra or decadent creamed corn? We’ve got you covered. Check out the full Fried Chicken Night menu here.

Breakfast in Charleston is a treat on a weekday, but what’s a weekend without brunch? Virginia’s offers our delectable brunch menu Saturdays 8am-3pm and Sundays 10am-3pm. Dig into some classics like our Country Ham and Eggs or our flaky biscuits with sawmill gravy. Your taste buds will thank you.

We hope everyone safely weathered the storm, and we look forward to seeing new and familiar faces back at Virginia’s on King! Make your reservation today!
